The 2012 Billboard Music Awards have gathered some of the biggest names in music at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas today. Miley Cyrus went pantless in a low-cut white blazer by Jean Paul Gaultier while Carrie Underwood turned heads in her princess-like Oscar de la Renta gown. Taylor Swift wowed in red Elie Saab and Zooey Deschanel stayed cute and retro, and we’ve also seen some fun fashion from the guys, such as Usher’s bright blue suit.
