There are more celebrities on social media than ever before, and thanks to all the star-studded Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, WhoSay, Tumblr etc accounts we’ve never been as privy to their lives behind the scenes as we are now. In 2012 celebrities such as Lara Bingle, Jennifer Hawkins and Miranda Kerr kept fans updated during exciting holidays, and the Spice Girls gave millions of people an all-access pass to their celebrations after their reunion at the London Olympics closing ceremony. Social media is also where stars post their own celebrity encounters, like when Ruby Rose met Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis in November.
