Britney Spears was back in fine form when she hosted the Wango Tango Music Festival in Carson, California, yesterday. She was joined by her former X Factor judge Demi Lovato as well as performers Avril Lavigne, Bruno Mars and Maroon 5's Adam Levine. Britney wore a form-fitting black dress as she took the stage to introduce the acts, marking her first onstage appearance since she left The X Factor US back in January. While she didn't perform this time around, Britney fans will get a chance to see the singer perform live soon as she confirmed last week that she will taking up a residency in Las Vegas. The concert series, which will reportedly be held at Planet Hollywood, will begin in Spring. Preparing for Sin City isn't the only thing on Britney's mind — she recently tweeted that she is reading The Goddess Inheritance, a YA novel by Aimée Carter.

Britney Spears crashed the LA Dodgers dugout yesterday with her sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston Federline, during a game against the San Diego Padres at Dodger Stadium. Decked out in Dodgers gear, the trio ate cotton candy while watching the game and taking a handful of pictures. Britney got a snap in herself and tweeted a picture of her family with the caption, "Go Dodgers!"

Reps for Britney Spears have just confirmed that the singer has split with her fiancé Jason Trawick. "Britney Spears and Jason Trawick have mutually agreed to end their one-year engagement," her rep Jeff Raymond told People. "As two mature adults, they came to the difficult decision to go their separate ways while continuing to remain friends."
Britney herself has addressed the sad news, saying, "Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement. I'll always adore him and we will remain great friends." The couple, who started dating in 2009, had seemingly mixed business with pleasure in their relationship up until now, with Jason starting out as Britney's agent and going on to become her co-conservator, along with her father Jamie. Jason was just this morning removed as Britney's co-conservator. The news follows another big announcement for Brit — she announced her departure from The X Factor US just this morning!
