Hooray! We have something to tide us over until Sex and the City 2 hits theatres in May – Candance Bushnell has writen a new book called The Carrie Diaries, a teen prequel to the SATC series. It’s set during Carrie Bradshaw’s high school years and chronicles her first love, her relationship with her mother and how she became a writer. We’re loving the Louis Vuitton/Stephen Sprouse-inspired cover - perfect for a budding fashionista! We’re not sure about the SATC meets Gossip Girl storyline, but of course we’ll be reading it regardless. Let's just hope that she comes out with The Samantha diaries next. Now there’s a diary that would definitely need a lock on it. The book is scheduled to be released on April 27 and you can pre-order at Amazon.
