Nicole Richie was dressed in black for a low-key coffee run in Sydney with her kids yesterday. While she tried to keep a low profile in a beanie and sunnies, her daughter Harlow looked adorable in a matching pink print ensemble, while her son Sparrow showed off his punk-inspired half-shaved hair. They stayed close to their mum as she put in their hot chocolate orders and even tried to peer over the counter at the cafe.

Nicole’s husband Joel Madden kept busy last night as The Voice celebrated the start of next week’s live shows with a jam session at The Beresford Hotel. Each of the coaches’ teams took to the stage for some fun performances, with some of the coaches, such as Seal and Ricky Martin, joining in for some songs.

Nicole Richie touched down in Sydney this week with her two young children, Harlow and Sparrow. She’s expected to be based here for a couple of months while her husband, Joel Madden, continues working on The Voice as the popular singing show moves into the live show phase of the competition. The family dined at Catalina in Rose Bay on Tuesday and Nicole shared some of the beautiful harbour views she’s come across on social media.

Even though Joel is the one getting a lot of screen time in Australia, Nicole has also been in front of the camera for her new AOL series Candidly Nicole, which is short video focusing on a different subject each week based on Nicole’s candid sense of humour on Twitter. The series is three episodes in so far and has covered topics such as tattoo removal, flower arrangements and what a girl should wear on a first date. It also celebrated over a million views on the first video, proving fans still love seeing Nicole on screen.

Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth landed at LAX with their son Tennessee on Saturday night. The trio arrived on a flight from Atlanta, where Reese has been busy filming The Good Lie. Georgia is also the location of her and Jim's arrest late last month, which they were both punished for in a court hearing last week. Reese received a fine for her disorderly conduct charge and Jim will be on probation and serve community service for his DUI. It appears they're making amends after the legal troubles, though, since Reese wore a City of Atlanta Police hat during her travels. The police department has been in the spotlight this week as well with videos of Reese and Jim's arrest being released. Before the tapes hit the internet, Reese stopped by Good Morning America to address the incident saying, "We know better."

David Beckham had his little girl, Harper, with him when he went on a morning stroll in London yesterday. His walk with his daughter has become somewhat of a ritual for the father-daughter pair as he was spotted cradling the tot in his arms on Monday during an outing. David's day with Harper comes just a few days after an eventful weekend on the field. He was issued a red card and ejected from a game during last Sunday's match between his team, Paris Saint-Germain, and Evian during the French Ligue 1 games. Despite David getting the red card, PSG won the game 1-0. In happier news, David was recently named one of the richest British athletes, amassing a reported fortune of $255 million through sponsorships and team deals.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner cheered on their daughter Seraphina as she crossed the finish line at her track meet on Sunday in Pacific Palisades. Along with her proud parents, Sera also had the support of older sister Violet, who helped her younger sister prep for her race by accompanying for her pre-run stretches. It was a loving afternoon for Jen and Ben, who showed PDA in the stands. Adding to the family fun, Ben also treated his daughters to a trip to the farmers market that day as well.

Seraphina is not the only one in the family to receive praise for her accomplishments. It was recently announced that Ben will receive an honorary doctorate from Brown University on May 26. It's the season for special recognition, as Ben's best friend Matt Damon just got an award last week from Harvard. Ben will also participate in Live Below the Line, where for one day he will consume less than $1.50 worth of food and drink.

Miranda Kerr looked casually chic as she exited a car to drop her son, Flynn Bloom, at kids’ indoor activity centre Romp in LA today. Orlando Bloom carried their two-year-old into the centre as a skinny jeans and heels-clad Miranda followed behind. The family reunited almost a week ago, when Miranda returned to the US after a couple of days in Australia as part of her ambassador duties for Qantas — last week she modelled the new uniform and attended a gala event that included international guests John Travolta and Kelly Preston. In fact she landed in LA on Saturday, just in time to celebrate her 30th birthday with her favourite boys.

Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck and their daughters, Violet and Seraphina, had a family outing in LA on Saturday. Boston native Ben wore a Red Sox hat for a stop with his girls at Brentwood Country Mart, where he also showed PDA with his wife. He's been keeping his hometown in mind since the Boston Marathon bombings paralysed the town last week. Ben made his support known on his Twitter account, sharing, "Such a senseless and tragic day. My family and I send our love to our beloved and resilient Boston."

Although Ben and Jen were joined by the girls for the weekend stop, they were able to sneak in alone time together. The couple kicked off the weekend with a Friday night dinner date, and they also ran errands as a duo following Jen's 41st birthday last Wednesday.

Britney Spears crashed the LA Dodgers dugout yesterday with her sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston Federline, during a game against the San Diego Padres at Dodger Stadium. Decked out in Dodgers gear, the trio ate cotton candy while watching the game and taking a handful of pictures. Britney got a snap in herself and tweeted a picture of her family with the caption, "Go Dodgers!"

Britney has been full of special surprises for her sons lately. In January, she teased that she was working on a new song as a surprise for the boys, and revealed yesterday that her new track "Ooh La La" will be featured on the soundtrack to Smurfs 2. Britney has also been busy working on her eighth studio album, but in the meantime, she is splitting time between her work, family, and new boyfriend David Lucado.
