Lea Michele, in Emilio Pucci and modelling a side braid, and Zooey Deschanel hit the green carpet at Monday night's TCA party in Pasadena. The stars of Lea's Glee and Zooey's New Girl were out to celebrate the end of their network's press day at the biannual television convention in Pasadena. Zooey made the rounds with her co-star Hannah Simone, who was fresh off a win for choice female TV breakout star at Sunday's Teen Choice Awards. Lea, meanwhile, made the rounds with Chord Overstreet, Chris Colfer and Darren Criss. Seth MacFarlane, Matthew Williamson-clad Cat Deeley and Shannon Woodward also made the rounds.

Fox also took the opportunity to showcase some of their new leading actresses, including The Mindy Project's Mindy Kaling. Also, Ben and Kate's Dakota Johnson hit the bash after talking up her program at a panel. Dakota, who starred in The Five-Year Engagement as well, is the daughter of Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson. Earlier in the day, there were also new details about Glee's fifth season. Fox president Kevin Reilly confirmed that the plot will go back and forth between Ohio and NYC, where Lea's character Rachel went after graduation to start her career. Dean Geyer has also been cast as a potential love interest for Rachel.

Nylon had plenty of stars to help celebrate their Young Hollywood Issue in LA on Wednesday night. Nikki Reed, Emma Roberts and Darren Criss were just a few of the famous faces that popped up at the Roosevelt Hotel for the bash, which also brought out editor-in-chief Marvin Scott Jarrett. Nikki had husband Paul McDonald, who tweeted, "I must say the LA party scene is quite different from drinking PBR's with my buds in Alabama," by her side while Emma posed in a striped Rachel Zoe dress alongside boyfriend Chord Overstreet. Darren and Chord had plenty to celebrate since they wrapped work on the third season of Glee that day.

Chord Overstreet and Emma Roberts have reportedly split. According to Just Jared, the stars called it quits after nine months of dating, with a source saying, “They’re just on two different paths in life. They just grew apart and decided to part ways.” Chord and Emma didn’t hide their relationship — they were snapped together on rides at Disneyland last August — but walked red carpets solo. On Monday, Chord attended the SAG Awards and apparently seemed “fine” at the after parties with his Glee co-stars. Emma was recently in Park City for Sundance to promote her new film Celeste and Jesse Forever.

Emma Stone wore striped Armani to join fellow Hollywood starlets like Jessica Alba, Amber Heard, Rashida Jones and Katie Holmes for Giorgio Armani and Vanity Fair's private dinner in LA last night. Super stylist Rachel Zoe was decked out in black to pose before the exclusive meal. It was Katie's latest outing with the brand after attending many of its shows over the years. Katie Holmes' wedding dress was even Armani! There were plenty of men represented, too: Adam Brody dressed up for the event as did Josh Hartnett, Aaron Eckhart, newly single James Marsden, and Darren Criss. It was a date night for Mark Wahlberg and Rhea Durham as well as J. Edgar star Armie Hammer and his wife Elizabeth Chambers. Emma attended after a long day on the set of The Gangster Squard with her two-time co-star Ryan Gosling — the duo also acted together in Crazy, Stupid, Love. Katie, meanwhile, has been hanging out on the West Coast and shopping with her daughter, Suri Cruise, following their weekend visit to Tom Cruise on the Pittsburgh production site of One Shot. The debut of Katie's next acting gig is coming up, too, when the Halloween episode of How I Met You Mother, in which she plays the infamous "slutty pumpkin," finally airs.

They posed for a photo together in front of Disneyland’s Tomorrowland before hopping on to one of the rocket rides. It seems like they enjoy spending their time doing fun activities — at the beginning of the month they sat side-by-side on a carnival ride at the Super Saturday Event in New York. Emma and Chord have been dating for months and were first spotted getting cosy at Coachella in April. Emma has a few projects in the works while Chord recently declined an invitation to return to Glee for the third season, instead choosing to focus on his music career.

There’s some good and bad news for Glee fans, depending on who your favourite male characters are.

There’s some good and bad news for Glee fans, depending on who your favourite male characters are. It was confirmed on the weekend that Chord Overstreet, who plays Sam, will not be continuing on the show in the third season. He hinted at the news on Twitter, writing on Saturday, “well its been a good yr too bad its over, time for summer and starting fresh.” That’s the bad news. Now for the good: Darren Criss (Blaine) and Harry Shum Jr. (Mike) have been promoted to series regulars for season three! But even though we’ll be getting to see lots of more of Darren and Harry, it’s probably best not to get too attached, since Glee co-creator Ryan Murphy has mentioned that many original characters will be graduating from the show in May next year.
