Kate Hudson, Chris Martin and Tom Ford were among the stylish attendees at Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop Summer party held at Mark's Club in London today. Gwyneth wore a printed silk dress by Prabal Gurung for the fashionable fete and posed for pictures with Kate, who was clad in a white metallic pantsuit. The two friends have each been staying busy, both personally and professionally — Gwyneth's weekly Goop newsletter is in its fourth year and has expanded to include designer collaborations and the recent launch of city guide apps. She also hit the red carpet for the Met Gala, celebrated big success with the blockbuster release of Iron Man 3, and gave us some laughs with her most over-the-top recent quotes. Kate, meanwhile, is diving into new projects after it was announced that she'll be joining the cast of Zach Braff's upcoming film, the Kickstarter-financed Wish I Was Here.
Gwyneth Paltrow donned a short Isabel Marant dress to attend a signing for her new cookbook, It's All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great, at Barnes & Noble at The Grove yesterday. Although Gwyneth's new cookbook has its critics, she did have the support of her husband, Chris Martin, and children, Apple and Moses, at the signing.
Along with promoting her new batch of healthy recipes, Gwyneth is gearing up for her big Iron Man 3 press tour. She, along with her co-star Robert Downey Jr., will make stops in Munich, Paris, London, and LA to debut the third film from Marvel's franchise ahead of its release in the US on May 3. Iron Man 3 comes out in Australia on Apr. 24.
Stars spent the holidays in bikinis on tropical beaches, sharing PDA, and ringing in 2013 across the globe. Newly-pregnant Jenna Dewan stuck close to her husband Channing Tatum in St Barts (one couple of many who chose the French West Indies island as their getaway location) while Taylor Swift and beau Harry Styles snuggled up in New York. Miranda Kerr was a stylish ray of sunshine when she hit Los Feliz in California and Jessica Simpson was proud to show off her latest (surprise) baby bump. Much more went down with the stars this week — click through to see the rest of the hot holiday snaps!
Jay-Z and Coldplay rang in 2013 together with a joint New Year's Eve concert at Brooklyn's Barclays Center on Monday night. Coldplay played the first set while Jay-Z took the stage shortly before midnight. Jay-Z and Chris Martin joined up for the countdown and to sing "Auld Lang Syne." Once Chris was finished belting out the New Year's staple, he flowed into Jay-Z's "Run This Town," filling in for Rihanna's chorus. While Jay-Z and Chris were rocking, Chris's wife, Gwyneth Paltrow, and their children, Apple and Moses, danced on stage. They weren't the only celebrities in the audience since Jake Gyllenhaal was spotted chatting with Jay-Z backstage and Christina Aguilera and her boyfriend, Matt Rutler, were also on hand. Once the concert was over, Chris and Jay-Z headed to the 40/40 Club for an afterparty without Gwyneth, who headed home with Apple and Moses.
Celebrities and rock stars joined up to help out with the 12/12/12 concert benefiting Hurricane Sandy victims in NYC yesterday. Katie Holmes, Kristen Stewart and Blake Lively appeared at the event, which raised money for the Robin Hood Relief Fund. Blake donned a bright orange Isabel Marant dress, while Katie picked blue Tom Ford and Kristen wore a neon yellow Jonathan Simkhai get-up.
Katie joined Jason Sudeikis to present a video called "Red Hook Rising," bringing attention to those affected in Brooklyn. Kristen, meanwhile, praised New Jerseyans and introduced Jon Bon Jovi. Blake spoke about Connecticut and brought out Chris Martin, who performed with Michael Stipe. Bruce Springsteen, Alicia Keys, Kanye West and many more musicians performed at the 12/12/12 concert. Paul McCartney gave a sensational performance when he joined up with the surviving members of Nirvana, Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic, to perform a new songcalled "Cut Me Some Slack."
Gwyneth Paltrow's 40th birthday was on Thursday and she celebrated in Italy with friends and family. Gwyneth had Chris Martin by her side for a special dinner and the party continued on a yacht where Gwyneth sipped wine and was presented with a cake while Chris clapped for his wife. It was the end of a busy month for Gwyneth, that included an appearance at a Stand Up to Cancer event and the release of her latest GOOP newsletter. She teamed up with Nicole Richie to offer a special limited edition House of Harlow clutch exclusively to her readers.

Jay-Z, Rihanna, Chris Martin and Coldplay brought the house down at the Paralympics closing ceremony on Sunday night in London. The group played at the Games' 80,000-seat stadium as part of a three-hour event that officially ended nearly two weeks of competition for disabled athletes. Coldplay started the fun with a long set, and toward the end of their performance welcomed Rihanna for a version of "Princess of China." Jay popped up, too, to sing "Run This Town" with both Rihanna and Chris before they segued into "Paradise." Jay, Rihanna, and Chris celebrated the successful set with an after-party at The Arts Club. It was a special evening for Jay, who just wrapped up a yacht vacation with Beyoncé Knowles and their daughter, Blue. Chris's spouse, Gwyneth Paltrow, was busy, too. She was off in LA for the Stand Up to Cancer telethon, then ventured to Canada for the TIFF premiere of her new movie, Thanks For Sharing.

Rihanna and Coldplay totally knocked their Grammy performance out of the park when it came on about one third of the way through the big show today in LA. Rihanna kicked things off with a solo rendition of "We Found Love," which she accompanied with her signature super sexy dance moves. She then teamed up with Coldplay for a medley of their songs, starting with "Princess of China," which went right into their hit "Paradise." It's already been a performance-packed Grammys, but Rihanna and Chris Martin's collaboration was certainly a highlight. Rih showed off some skin with her onstage outfit, but she also turned heads with her red carpet look earlier in the day. Rihanna wore a custom-made Armani gown, which left little to the imagination.
