There were mixed emotions on Twitter this week, as we were given a glimpse into the everyday lives of our favourite celebrities. Lea Michele warmed our hearts with a positive tweet that shows she's picking up the pieces after the shock death of her boyfriend Cory Monteith last month, while Pink tweeted her love of Ellen DeGeneres. What got celebrities talking this week? Too much to mention here! From Olivia Wilde's tweets about her ace new movie, Drinking Buddies (watch the trailer here), to Russell Crowe coming over all romantic, and Lena Dunham talking about her measurements, there was no end to the varied conversations that took place online. Joel Madden kept his thoughts on the royal baby's name short (and sweet), Jesinta Campbell had enough of nasty gossip, and Jaime King faced a really tough decision-making process. Benedict Cumberbatch recently made headlines when he officiated at the wedding of two of his friends in Ibiza earlier this month. While we have no doubt that Benedict made a fine officiant, he isn't the only star who has gotten ordained for a pal. Many stars have played the important role of wedding officiant, including Emma Stone, Jason Segel and Victor Garber, who presided over Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck's marriage ceremony. Plenty of other famous faces have helped friends and even strangers tie the knot. Click through to see all the celebrity wedding officiants!
We've learned a lot about celebrities via their tweets this week. For starters, Katy Perry dished the dirt on what her perfect Saturday looks like — and gave us a bit of a pervy glimpse into her still-steady relationship with boyfriend John Mayer. Justin Bieber, who's had a bit of a tough birthday week, took to the social media site to reveal some truths about the seemingly never-ending drama during his London tour, while Guy Sebastian had his own paparazzi-related woes. Onto lighter topics: Alexa Chung knows where Russell Brand got his vocabulary from, and which massively popular band does Rainn Wilson compare to the sound of Lindsay Lohan vomiting? When there's a major celebrity event happening somewhere in the world, you can bet that the stars will be tweeting about it. This week, the Golden Globes were a major topic of discussion, especially for the super talented Lena Dunham who took home two awards. Aside from the obvious, there were three highlights for her over the course of the night — you'll find out what they were in this gallery. Actress Olivia Wilde took to Twitter to address the news of her engagement to funnyman Jason Sudeikis, while Taylor Swift let her fans know that she was okay after a slight run-in with Michael J. Fox. Juicy, right? Get clicking to read more from all your favourite celebs!
Reese Witherspoon, Zoe Saldana, and Michelle Monaghan dressed up to attend the Children's Defense Fund of California's annual Beat the Odds Awards at the Beverly Hills Hotel last night. The three actresses hit the red carpet before heading inside for the gala, where they mingled with other guests like Alexis Bledel, Conan O'Brien, and Miranda Cosgrove.
Reese showed off her post-baby body in a tight, lacy Elie Saab dress. She welcomed her third child, son Tennessee Toth, just two months ago. She's back in LA after a trip to NYC earlier this week. Since Tennessee entered the world back in September, Reese has had her hands full. We even got to see more pictures of Tennessee during a few of her outings around town.
Will Ferrell sat down with Conan O'Brien to promote his upcoming release, The Campaign, on Thursday night. An Anchorman Sequel Is Officially Happening — Watch Will Ferrell Make the Announcement as Ron Burgundy
Anchorman fans got a surprise treat on Conan Wednesday night when Will Ferrell showed up as his newscaster alter ego, Ron Burgundy. Dressed in his signature suit and moustache, "Ron" dazzled the crowd with a little jazz flute before brutally berating Conan O'Brien (paying particular attention to Conan's hair). It all led up to an even bigger surprise: at the end of the segment, Ferrell announced that an Anchorman sequel is definitely happening! As an added bonus, Judd Apatow is confirmed to produce, and stars Steve Carell, Paul Rudd and David Koechner will reprise their roles as Ron's quirky news team. Watch the clip below!
