It wasn’t just about the Fox Upfront today — the Hilton Hotel in New York City played host to NBC’s presentation, which included stars such as Tina Fey, Elle Macpherson and Christina Aguilera. Returning shows like Parenthood and 30 Rock were well-represented while new shows got their time to shine — some of the ones we’re hoping come to Aussie screens include Are You There Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea starring Laura Prepon and based on Chelsea Handler’s book, and Smash, which is supposed to be NBC’s answer to Fox’s Glee.
Most actors have to do heaps of small jobs before they hit the big time — and that includes pretending to have pimples and bad hair for TV commercials! Just check out a blonde Leighton Meester advertising Clearasil back in the day. What would B and the Constance girls say about it, we wonder? Watch how Miss Meester and four other future stars, including Mad Men's Christina Hendricks and model-turned-actress Malin Akerman pitched products now!

For someone who’s only just attending her first New York fashion week, Vanessa Hudgens sure does have a jam-packed schedule. The freshly-tattooed actress hit the front row of Anna Sui with Fergie before changing into red for the Marchesa presentation. She was also spotted at Jeremy Scott, where Kanye West and Keri Hilson were on hand. Also making their mark at fashion week are The Veronicas, Jess and Lisa Origliasso, who were at Alice + Olivia's presentation a few days ago before hitting up Sergio Davila. Check out all the front row celebrity action and stay up to date with the fashion and beauty news on Fab and Bella!
The Fashion Week fun kept coming yesterday in NYC, with Vanessa Hudgens continuing her front-row occupation by attending the Diesel Black Gold presentation alongside Gossip Girl's Chace Crawford. Vanessa kept the photographs coming when she checked out hot pink-embellished Tibi with Olivia Palermo. Kirsten Dunst and Sofia Coppola joined forces with Kanye West himself to see the latest Rodarte creations, as Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld supported her pal Narciso Rodriguez. Rachel Roy, meanwhile, had Olivia and Dexter's Jennifer Carpenter turn out to see her knit-heavy collection. Michael Kors welcomed pals Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas to his show, along with Emma Roberts, Bette Midler, Debra Messing and Anjelica Huston. Vanessa treated herself to another day of dressing up as well for this morning's Yigal Azrouël extravaganza with Boardwalk Empire's Paz de la Huerta. Make sure to stay tuned to Fab and Bella for the latest style and beauty news!
First, it must be said that this was one of the most energy-filled, visually dizzying shows of the week. It was hard to decide where to focus. On the star-packed front row that included Anjelica Huston, Debra Messing, Emma Roberts, Rene Russo, and Catherine Zeta-Jones whispering in Michael Douglas's ear? Or at the bevy of supermodels walking the runway at once — Erin Wasson, Karlie Kloss, Carmen Kass, Chanel Iman? And, oh yes, what about the Fall collection that marked 30 years of Michael Kors? The show was an upbeat party of glamour and decadence that at times felt like a retrospective. There were sharply tailored coats, elegantly draped dresses with silver hardware, a black bodysuit over a black pleated skirt slit up to here, fur, flannel, cashmere, silk. It was Michael Kors to. the. max. Even the models were smiling. There were some special moments, particularly when older models Frankie Rayder, Angela Lindvall, Isabeli Fontana, and Carmen Kass strode the runway. Michael Kors has made American sportswear something luxurious and celebratory, and we hope he keeps bringing the good vibes.

Heidi Klum teamed up with designer Ann Taylor last week for a pre-holiday dinner held at LA's Palihouse. Both Heidi and her husband, Seal, are back from a trip to NYC, where they hosted an event for a children's charity. They also threw their annual Halloween bash. Heidi kept the good times going at her latest event with Rachel Zoe, who also got dressed up last weekend for Kate Hudson's party. Rachel will try on yet another ensemble for her upcoming appearance on Gossip Girl.
