Kate Hudson wore Ann Taylor and brought Matthew Bellamy with her to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation's annual Hot Pink Party in NYC last night. The couple was joined at the charity bash by a Blumarine-wearing Elizabeth Hurley and Elton John, as well as fashion designers Michael Kors, Vera Wang, and Donna Karan. Kate was doing more than just walking the pink carpet; she also presented an award to Kay Krill, the CEO of ANN Inc., the parent company for Ann Taylor, where Kate serves as a brand ambassador.

Kate has been keeping busy in the Big Apple. She is currently promoting her new film, The Reluctant Fundamentalist, which will screen at the Tribeca Film Festival next week. Despite Kate's work duties, she and Matthew did manage to squeeze in time with their boys in the city ahead of their gala date.

The 2013 Australian Open came to an end last night after an exciting two weeks of tennis at Melbourne Park.

The 2013 Australian Open came to an end last night after an exciting two weeks of tennis at Melbourne Park. The tournament wrapped up with the men’s final between Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray, with the Serbian world no. 1 claiming the victory over his opponent. Over the past fortnight we’ve also spotted plenty of Australian and international celebrities watching the matches from VIP boxes. Female world no. 1 Victoria Azarenka, who won the women’s final on Saturday night, had a great view of the men’s match last night and sat with her boyfriend, ex-LMFAO musician Stefan "Redfoo" Gordy, who’s been one of her strongest supporters and attended all her games. US actor Kevin Spacey has been a keen spectator at most of Andy Murray’s matches because he’s a big fan of the Scottish player, while other stars who have taken in the tennis include Lara Bingle, Dannii Minogue, Manu Feildel and Andy Lee.
