Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield donned caps and gowns to film a graduation scene on the set of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 in NYC on Saturday. The pair also shared a passionate, celebratory kiss during the day in front of the cameras. Emma and Andrew have not reserved their PDA just for filming since the real-life couple have been staying close off camera as well. Emma and Andrew held hands for a city stroll around the Big Apple on Friday and also lip-locked two weeks ago at a breast cancer charity event in New Jersey.

Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield reported to the NYC set of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 with a canine companion yesterday. Andrew was spotted out of his Spider-Man costume (in a Thomas the Tank Engine tee instead) during a break and used the time to walk his Golden Retriever mix, Ren, a rescue dog he reportedly adopted around Christmas last year. When Andrew had to shoot some of his scenes on a high building, Emma took the reins — literally — with Ren. On Monday Andrew was also spotted goofing around on set with a megaphone.

Real-life couple Emma and Andrew have been tied to NYC for the past few months to shoot their blockbuster sequel, but last week they attended a breast cancer-related event in New Jersey that honoured Emma’s mum, Krista, who is a breast cancer survivor. Even though the spotlight was on Krista and other survivors, Emma and Andrew still managed to sneak in cute kisses and sweet moments. Also there was Emma’s brother, Spencer.

Emma Stone was surrounded by some of her favourite people at an event in Cresskill, New Jersey today. She attended the 2013 Peace, Love & A Cure Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation benefit with her mother, Krista, and brother, Spencer, and the three stuck together for photos and as they addressed a crowd that included Gayle King and Mary J. Blige. Emma’s mother is a breast cancer survivor, and a couple of years ago, when Krista was declared cancer-free, she and Emma got matching tattoos to mark the occasion: a little pair of bird feet designed by Paul McCartney. Today Emma also had the support of her boyfriend, Andrew Garfield, who gave her a sweet kiss at the benefit.

Andrew Garfield had a busy day on The Amazing Spider-Man 2 NYC set yesterday, suiting up in his famous red and blue outfit to film some fight scenes with one of the new resident bad guys, Paul Giamatti. Paul is playing The Rhino, who in the comic book wears a special suit that gives him superhuman strength and speed. In the scenes shot yesterday it appears he ends up with his pants down opposite the cheeky Spider-Man. When he wasn’t shooting, Andrew took some time out to meet with young fans.

Meanwhile, Spider-Man leading lady and Andrew’s girlfriend, Emma Stone, was also in NYC yesterday but didn’t report to set. Instead, the actress did a snack run at a local grocery store. But in recent weeks Emma has been hard at work filming the sequel to last year’s The Amazing Spider-Man and was even photographed at a location that held a potentially big spoiler for her character, Gwen Stacy.

While it's all good and well to see our favourite celebrities on the red carpet looking beautiful, it's also nice to see them in their natural habitat, rocking equally natural beauty looks. We spotted Emma Stone getting lunch in New York wearing tonal lipstick, Olivia Palermo walking her dog with a high tucked ponytail and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley looking chic with a straight blow dry at LA airport.
