Most defintly christian character has to be played not only by someone who is drop dead gorgeous, but he has to be able to play the complicated role ...... i want to have someone on the screen that makes me feel the same as i do or did reading the book!!! the same goes for anastasias character.... the casting has to be on point!!!! Christian Bale is a good choice... someone with his skills and looks are something to be looking out for this movie

I strongly believe this couple would have chemistry and would be believable as the characters in the book. Ryan Gossling for "Christan" and Natalie Portman for "Ann". He an be charming yet mysteriously serious and she looks young yet mature and can have an edgy sensual side. Remember her role in black swan. She is petite and vulnerable looking. That would play well with his agressiveness. What do you all think?

I don't think Robert or Kristen should be considered. Nor do I think Matt Bomer. I think Colin could pull it off. Looks wise I think Chris Hemsworth. Ana should be Katherin McPhee or Kristin Davis.

i have always loved robert pattinson and kristen stewart...but i think having them as leading characters in the movie for fifty shades would just be too easy. i was thinking either channing tatum as christan grey or ryan gossling, and katherine mcphee for anastasia... check them out...i think they would be perfect. **i am only on the second book...so i am still torn between channing tatum and ryan gossling...leading more towards channing though only because i saw him in magic mike and he was amazing...i think he could definitley act the part of a dominator!:) and he is soooo fine!:)

I just finished the last book of the Fifty shades of Grey trilogy... totally want more! As I was reading it I was picturing either Bradley Cooper, Henry Cavill or Wentworth Miller playing Christian Grey so easily. As Ana Steele I saw Amanda Seyfried and a katherine Kavannagh I saw Emma stone! Those are my cast picks!

Yep I agree too robert and kristen had there time. Plus they would Not fit the personally of the characters. mat bomer has the looks for Christian or next choice Ian From vampire daries, he plays a bad boy cool side, kind of fits Christian well. They should choose the lead christian first then pick anastasia someone who is new to acting and fits her looks and personally well. Can't wait for the movie yayayayay :D "No Twilight people ":@

Matt Bomer does fit Christian pretty dead on:) For Anastasia I think Shailene Woodley, Lucy Hale, or Chyler Leigh would be perfect. If it is anyone from Twilight or Vampire Diaries I will not watch and be utterly disappointed.
