This year’s Grammy Awards is promising a magnificent show filled with some of the best performers and never-before-seen musical combos. We already know Gwyneth is teaming up with Cee-Lo Green, and Barbra Streisand was recently announced as a performer. Justin Bieber will take to the stage with mentor Usher and good friend Jaden Smith, while B.o.B, Bruno Mars and Janelle Monáe are sure to bring the house down when they perform. Add to the mix the always theatrical Lady Gaga, the delightful Katy Perry, Eminem and even more acts and we’ve got quite a show! There are still some performers waiting to be announced so for now check out those who are confirmed to bring us a massive Grammys party!
Justin Bieber has been a busy boy! He just premiered his documentary Never Say Never 3D in LA following his appearance at the New York premiere last week. The purple carpet was packed with celebrity fans and friends — Justin’s mentor Usher showed up with his two adorable sons and the Smith family — Will, Jada, Jaden and Willow (it’s like a palindrome!) — came to show their support. Justin’s rumoured girlfriend Selena Gomez brought some glamour to the event in a short purple dress — she and the man of the hour were recently caught sharing some intimate moments. A newly-tattooed Miley Cyrus made an appearance but she kept her new ink under wraps in jeans and a kimono-style jacket. Also getting in on the Bieber action were Glee’s Jane Lynch, Whitney Port, Jamie Foxx, will.i.am, Chris Brown, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and Melissa Joan Hart. In Hollywood, it’s all about the bottom line, which means box office cash. Forbes magazine has compiled the list of top grossing actors for 2010 and the results just might surprise you. The list is calculated by taking into account the entire global box office of each film that each actor starred in. Check out the list and the two Aussies who made the cut!
We love seeing what the stars pull out for the red carpet but sometimes it's their stage outfits that really catch our eye, and it was no exception at yesterday's 2010 American Music Awards. Katy Perry went from a pretty pink Badgley Mischka dress to a much more daring red bodysuit and Rihanna changed into a teeny tiny tribal ensemble from her lady-like, sheer Elie Saab gown. Taylor Swift bucked the trend and went the other way, switching her spangled Collette Dinnigan shift for a subdued black suit for her stage performance. Click through to see whose on-stage outfits upstaged their red carpet looks at the 2010 AMAs.
The American Music Awards were jam-packed with flashy performances after a daring red carpet for the women and leather-loving guys. Rihanna opened the night sporting a bikini ensemble for her three-song medley. Her good friend Katy Perry had her own moment in the spotlight wearing a skintight red bodysuit after ripping off her skirt, while pregnant Pink put on a lively show, though the mum-to-be kept the acrobatics to a minimum. Taylor Swift changed from her sparkly mini into an all-black skinny pants and blazer ensemble for her dramatic "Back to December/Apologize" mashup. Taylor was one of the evening's big winners, so check out the whole list here. Christina Aguilera also performed the number "Express" from her upcoming movie Burlesque.
Justin Bieber shared his triumphant times with mentor Usher, and the two also both took the stage to showcase their hits. Miley Cyrus was on her own after apparently backing out of a duet with Bret Michaels. Instead she wowed in a Marchesa minidress featuring a giant bow before her 18th birthday, which is today! Jessica Alba kicked off her Little Fockers promotional kick as a presenter with a very slick-backed do. The event ended with an exciting trip down memory lane when NKOTB and Backstreet Boys took on their greatest hits. Check out the rest of our AMAs coverage here!
Another day, another awards show. And another reason to drool over Ryan Kwanten. Sigh. The 2010 American Music Awards have been and gone in a flash, but in case you missed all the goss — like Taylor Swift busting out the ghd's, Ke$ha blinging up her brows and RiRi rocking some serious spiral curls — we've rounded up the best of the best party snaps from the red carpet, press room and more so ch, ch, check them out now!
David Beckham joined his usual basketball buddy Justin Bieber last night to watch as the Lakers beat the Rockets 112-110 during their home opener. Sharing the courtside luxury were Leonardo DiCaprio and Denzel Washington after his Unstoppable premiere. David was back at the Staples Center after bringing his sons to see a Justin Bieber concert there on Monday. Justin was likewise out again, sitting next to his friend Jaden Smith. David also opened up to Ryan Seacrest about his boys getting older, showing his underwear on the soccer field last weekend, and his fondness for briefs. David said:
- On changing his shorts on the field: "We're not meant to, but I'd cut my finger at the start of the game and I kept wiping it on my shorts. The rules are that if you have any blood on your shirt or your shorts you have to change them, and since I had it all over my shorts I had to change them . . . to be honest the crowd was pretty quiet, so why not excite them a little bit?"
- On wearing tighty whiteys: "Yes, I do . . . they're comfortable!"
- On having "the talk" with Brooklyn: "We've had it with Brooklyn . . . it was more Victoria than me. I had to walk out of the room, because Brooklyn was looking out of the corner of his eye, like laughing, and I'm going, I need to get out of here because it's a serious talk!"

Video: Our Breaking Dawn Wish List and David Beckham Dishes Personal Details as the World Cup Kicks Off
Edward and Bella's honeymoon is one scene we'd like to get extended now that Breaking Dawn is officially being broken into two parts, Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz show off some fancy football footwork and Jane Lynch honeymoons in Monte Carlo! Plus, David Beckham says he loves Jay-Z's music and would have become a gas engineer if he didn't make it as a soccer star in an interview he did as Yahoo's Global Football Ambassador.
The entire Pinkett Smith family was out Monday night for the premiere of Jaden's new movie, The Karate Kid. Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett Smith were inseparable on the red carpet when they weren't posing with fans, family and old friends, like The Fresh Prince of Bel Air's Tatyana Ali. But the evening belonged to Jaden Smith and his costar Jackie Chan, as well as the original film's karate kid, Ralph Macchio. Jaden is having quite the week after the MTV Movie Awards where he joked about his ladies' man status and fought with Tom Cruise in the Les Grossman opening. Jaden may be becoming quite the celebrity, but he apparently still feels as though his sister Willow gets more attention—during fights. He said, "I scream for my mum. She usually takes Willow's side. My dad takes Willow's side, too. That's why I usually hang out with my brother." Will has lately focused on playing the role of doting husband and father, but he's rumoured to be considering returning to the Men in Black franchise, this time in 3D.
