Kirsten Dunst and Jim Sturgess Pull Together For Upside Down

Kirsten Dunst and Jim Sturgess screened their new film, Upside Down, in Hollywood last night.

Kirsten Dunst and Jim Sturgess screened their new film, Upside Down, in Hollywood last night. Kirsten wore a black Proenza Schouler number and held onto a patterned Stella McCartney clutch, but ditched the massive ring she sported on her left hand earlier this week. Meanwhile, Jim opted for a simple suit for the premiere.

The film follows two young lovers who fall in love despite living in twinned worlds with gravities that spin them in opposite directions. The trailer for Upside Down was released back in January and shows Jim's character beginning a quest to be with his other-world-living girlfriend. Jim has another romantic film on the horizon as he prepares to film The Big Shoe with Kristen Stewart later this year.

Cloud Atlas' Many Faces: See Tom Hanks, Halle Berry and More as Different Races and Genders

When Cloud Atlas is released in Australia on Feb.
Halle Berry

When Cloud Atlas is released in Australia on Feb. 21, we can finally check out the film based on the epic novel by David Mitchell. The film covers six different stories over the course of time and space, but the same core group of actors show up from one tale to the next — and not exactly in their most recognisable forms. Thanks to the magic of (a lot of) makeup, the actors transcend race, gender and age to take on different guises and personalities. I've broken down each actor by the multiple characters they play in the film. Check it out.

Anne Has Jim to Lean On at One Day's London Premiere

Jim Sturgess and Anne Hathaway, who wore Alexander McQueen, were side by side for the London premiere of One Day yesterday evening.

Jim Sturgess and Anne Hathaway, who wore Alexander McQueen, were side by side for the London premiere of One Day yesterday evening. The co-stars, who walked the red carpet together, reunited overseas after spending a few days together promoting the project in NYC earlier this month. Anne has been taking breaks from the set of The Dark Knight Rises as she travels to do press and make appearances for her latest film. One Day hasn't necessarily been a critical hit with American reviewers, but we'll see if European audiences give it a warmer reception when it opens there this week. After all, the bestselling novel it's based on originated — and is especially beloved — in England, though it has now sold more than one million copies worldwide.

Anne Hathaway stepped out yesterday for the New York premiere of One Day, where she opened up about turning 30 and sang the praises of her "heartthrob" co-star Jim Sturgess. She also addressed the criticism about her recently-revealed Catwoman costume in The Dark Knight Rises, telling MTV, "What I am happy to say is, if you didn't like the photo, you only see about a 10th of what that suit can do. And if you did like the photo, you have excellent taste." Check it out on today's PopSugar Rush!

Anne Hathaway met up with her One Day co-star Jim Sturgess on the red carpet of the film’s New York premiere.

Anne Hathaway met up with her One Day co-star Jim Sturgess on the red carpet of the film’s New York premiere. The movie is an adaptation of a novel that follows the lives of Emma (Anne) and Dexter (Jim) for 20 years, checking in with each character on the same day of every year. Anne looked stunning in a strapless black dress with gold accents, while Jim, who greeted his leading lady with a hug, looked handsome in his three-piece suit. While the focus for today was One Day, Anne has been generating lots of buzz for her role in The Dark Knight Rises, especially after fans were given the first look of her Catwoman character last week.

Australia’s Hottest Actors Make a Hoot

What do you get when you throw Ryan Kwanten, Geoffrey Rush, Abbie Cornish, David Wenham and pretty much every other Aussie actor in the same movie?

What do you get when you throw Ryan Kwanten, Geoffrey Rush, Abbie Cornish, David Wenham and pretty much every other Aussie actor in the same movie? Sounds like a dream cast for any Australian film, and the one that’s managed to bring them altogether is Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga’hoole. Yes, it’s a cartoon, and it probably looks more suited to your eight-year-old cousin, but I love a good animated feature, and this one gives us many things to love. Aside from the cast, Aussie visual effects company Animal Logic is responsible for the realistic animation (they also did Happy Feet) and production took place in Oz. And, like most films these days, you can watch it in 3D! Think you’ll be checking out Legend of the Guardians?
