Katie Holmes Visits Divorce Lawyers and Whole Foods in NYC

Katie Holmes carried Suri to Whole Foods in NYC yesterday afternoon. Suri brought a few stuffed animals along for the shopping trip while Katie had her reusable bags in hand. It's been a busy weekend for Katie, who spent much of her time meeting with lawyers. She wore a yellow dress and denim jacket for the important appointment which was apparently to discuss her divorce from Tom Cruise. Tom and Katie's lawyers are reportedly working on an agreement behind closed doors to avoid public drama. While the legal proceedings have been underway, Katie's been sticking around Manhattan with Suri and the duo have shared multiple outings including an ice cream date, a museum visit, and an afternoon at tea with friends.
