Katy Perry went for high impact sparkles with her Grammy Awards look today as she walked the red carpet in an embellished Elie Saab gown. At last year’s Grammys she wore huge angel wings and shared lots of PDA with then-husband Russell Brand, but this time ’round she was solo. The shade of her dress also matched her bright blue hair.
