Australian actress Sharni Vinson has split from her boyfriend Kellan Lutz. US Weekly revealed that the pair parted ways in early May after just under two years together. The couple, who met while both auditioning for Step Up 3D (Sharni landed the role, Kellan did not), were first spotted together in September of 2011, and were looking happy on the red carpet as recently as February. Kellan recently opened up about the relationship, saying, "It's just great to have someone you can smile with all the time. It's really special". No word yet on what caused the breakup, but sad news for Sharni and Kellan!
Last night, Bono co-hosted a Coachella party that drew stars from John Legend to Joe Jonas. Bono's clothing company, Edun — which he co-founded with his wife Ali Hewson in 2005 — teamed up with Diesel to throw their Studio Africa soiree on the first official night of the 2013 festival. The brands launched the Studio Africa project this year as an effort to spotlight fashion, music, and other arts from the continent.
Solange Knowles played DJ for the night at yesterday evening's bash and Congolese-Belgian musician Baloji performed for the crowd. While plenty of the attendees — including John Legend — have a musical pedigree of their own, plenty of actors and other celebrities hit the party, which was held at a private estate in La Quinta, CA. John and his fiance Chrissy Teigen were spotted hanging out with stylist Brad Goreski, while Kellan Lutz, Teresa Palmer, Joe Jonas, and Mad Men's Jessica Paré rounded out the VIP crowd. Check out all the fun pics!
Stars came out for the gala opening night of The Book of Mormon in LA on Wednesday night. Viola Davis stood out in a purple look as she hit the red carpet alongside Malin Akerman, Shailene Woodley, Neil Patrick Harris, and Julie Bowen. Joy Bryant smiled big, as did Lisa Kudrow, Perrey Reeves, and Alicia Silverstone. The Broadway play is settling in Hollywood until the end of November, when it then moves on to a five-week engagement in San Francisco.
Comic-Con officially started Wednesday night, and the cast of Breaking Dawn Part 2 kicked off the four-day-long convention early with a stylish bang at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego. Ashley Greene showed off a ladylike head-to-toe Oscar de la Renta look, right down to her silver metallic bow-accented pumps, while Nikki Reed opted for an edgier take on cocktail dressing via a gold Etro number. Yesterday über-couple Kristen Stewart and Robert Patinson joined in the fun, looked cool in their off-duty 'fits. This is just the beginning, and we have a feeling that as the panels ramp up, we'll be seeing enviable ensembles from the likes of The Vampire Diaries' Nina Dobrev and Game of Thrones' Emilia Clarke, too. For now, see how Comic-Con's fashion frenzy is shaping up — and be sure to check back for even more style updates.

Many of the film's stars, like Nikki Reed, an Oscar de la Renta-clad Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz and Peter Facinelli, gathered at San Diego's Hard Rock Hotel for a VIP celebration with fans. Nikki, in Etro, had husband Paul McDonald on her arm, and Peter posed for photos with his big-screen wife, Elizabeth Reaser. Jackson Rathbone, who's a member of the Cullen clan, too, hit the red carpet just days after becoming a new dad. He and girlfriend Sheila Hafsadi welcomed a son, Monroe Jackson Rathbone VI, one week ago.
