Justin Timberlake stepped out for the launch of the new Myspace held at LA's El Rey Theatre last night. It was a big night for him since he is an investor in the social media platform, and had a big role in revamping the site, which now aims to support artists and the music industry. Also showing her support was Miley Cyrus, who drew attention for her interesting ensemble that included a crop top paired with a sweatpants-and-jeans combo. The event brought out plenty of other stars like Olivia Wilde, Ashley Tisdale and Dianna Agron. Kelly Osbourne, who had her boyfriend, Matthew Mosshart, by her side, was also in attendance along with Jennifer Morrison and Vanessa Hudgens.

The festivities included a live performance by Pharrell Williams and Robin Thicke, who sang their hit "Blurred Lines." Miley has forged a close bond with Pharrell since the pair have joined forces for work on her upcoming album, so it was no surprise that she joined him on stage during his performance with Robin last night. Along with accompanying him on stage, she showed support for her pal on Twitter, writing, "Big bro killed it tonight. Pharrell!" Miley may be itching to get back to performing since she also hopped on stage to do a bit of twerking during Juicy J's concert over the weekend as well.

Accompanying Miley's interesting outfit was her engagement ring, which was prominently displayed on her left hand despite speculation surrounding a budding romance between her and Justin Bieber. Rumours were ignited when she and Justin were spotted hanging out in LA recently, but Miley set the record straight on The Kane Show yesterday, saying, "I'm engaged."

With her famous social circle, Kim Kardashian’s baby shower was always going to be a star-studded affair. The mum-to-be celebrated her impending arrival — she’s due in July — in Beverly Hills today, with guests including her mum, Kris Jenner, sisters Khloé and Kourtney, and friends Mel B, Kelly Osbourne, Maria Menounos and Kimberly Stewart. Her boyfriend Kanye West was also on hand for the occasion despite reports he was possibly going to be a no-show; he was apparently worried about being the only male at the baby shower, but he arrived with Scott Disick and Lamar Odom. Kanye also brought his family along.

It was a brunch event and People reports that guests enjoyed waffles, pancakes and fruit. Activities included the usual baby shower games like guessing the baby’s name. Some of the female guests also wore wreaths made out of baby’s breath in their hair, such as Kelly, who swapped her studded headband for the more appropriate headpiece.

The baby’s sex was also revealed in the season eight premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which just aired — Kim and Kanye are having a girl!

Our favourite stars kept busy snapping and sharing photos on their social media accounts this week. Jennifer Hawkins and Kris Smith linked up for a day of work and Lara Bingle also did a few shoots, including one that featured lots of black clothing. Kelly Osbourne was in Sydney to celebrate her new column in CLEO magazine, and Miranda Kerr attended a fancy event in the US. Australian magazine CLEO threw a star-studded party at Cherry Bar in The Star last night to celebrate its newly-relaunched issue. The special guest of honour was an Alex Perry-clad Kelly Osbourne, who flew into the country on the weekend — she’s the magazine’s back-page columnist and said she was excited to get on board “because the first thing they said to me was, ‘We’re not going to edit you, you can say whatever you want.’ I was like, ‘Yes! I cannot believe they’re going to let me say what I want!’” After discussions with editor Sharri Markson she said they would “make sure we talk about topics that readers want to hear about, and I can share what I’ve been through in that area, because I’m not going to talk about things I don’t know about. To me, that’s a great opportunity for me to share my experience with other people.”

Kelly brought her boyfriend Matthew Mosshart along for the trip, which has included a boat ride around Sydney Harbour and a visit to her “favourite pie stand” Harry’s Cafe de Wheels. She told us, “I usually get the meat pie with mashed potatoes and peas and gravy — it’s my absolute favourite. And I’ve been telling my boyfriend all about it, so tonight we’re going to go there so he can have it. We met people there who were getting married there! I was like, ‘Really?’ That is the most awesome thing ever.”

Inside the bash, where guests such as Laura Dundovic, James Kerley, Timomatic, Prinnie Stevens, Nikki Phillips, Darren McMullen and Zoe Marshall had gathered, Sharri hit the stage (after an introduction by the Stenmark twins, Jordan and Zac) to reveal that they shot Kelly for an upcoming CLEO cover, and to share an anecdote about a rude-but-funny joke that Kelly made when they went to dinner at Icebergs together. Kelly, who usually gives her style critiques on E!'s Fashion Police, gave her verdict on Aussie men (“I have to say — sorry, Matthew — but Aussie men are hot”) and thanked The Star for their hospitality, with a special cheeky mention to the security guard who refused her entry into the casino on Monday night because he thought she was using a fake ID.

Last night at Sydney's The Star, a bevy of beautiful celebrities turned out for Cleo magazine's much-anticipated relaunch. Drew Barrymore was animated at Lucky magazine's Fashion and Beauty Blog conference at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills yesterday. She sat down to chat beauty trends with bloggers while wearing patterned pants and a silk blouse, and then changed her ensemble to hit the cocktail party as part of the festivities later that evening. Drew, who graces Lucky's May cover, was joined by a Carolina Herrera-clad Julianne Hough, Christa B. Allen, and Kelly Osbourne for the fashionable day-long soiree.

Drew has been promoting her recently launched Flower Beauty line, and she was able to share her expertise at the event, which focuses on all things beauty and fashion. She also demonstrated her beauty knowledge during a stop on Jimmy Fallon last month where she chatted about her new line and used Jimmy as her subject for a hilarious makeup tutorial. Drew and the Late Night host have remained pals since co-starring in 2005's Fever Pitch together, and she revealed that she wished Jimmy well on his upcoming move by sending him flowers accompanied by "the most loving card in the world." Jimmy was officially appointed as the new Tonight Show host, taking over for Jay Leno, who will retire next year.

Stars were feeling the love at Elton John's annual Oscar viewing party in LA yesterday. Miley Cyrus looked sexy in a backless Emilio Pucci as she posed with friend Kelly Osbourne. Miley's been getting in on the Oscars action over the weekend, kicking off the festivities at photographer Mario Testino's pre-Oscar party in LA on Saturday night. Kim Kardashian was another star to attend both Mario's gallery opening and Elton's annual party. She shared her excitement over on Twitter, saying, "I love Oscar Sunday! I can't wait to see what everyone wears!"

Elton's viewing party also brought out Heidi Klum, who reunited with pal Naomi Campbell for the fundraiser, which benefits Elton's AIDS Foundation. Elton and David Furnish even brought one of their adorable sons to join in on their festivities.
