Kristen Stewart wore a sexy sequinned Roberto Cavalli gown for the premiere of Breaking Dawn Part 1 in London today. She posed with leading men Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner on the white carpet just days after the trio stepped out together for the film's world debut in LA. Rob and Kristen shared sweet moments at the West Coast event, which brought out thousands of fans hoping to catch a glimpse of the Twilight stars. Rob stopped to sign autographs for a few lucky ladies on his way to the after party, where Taylor, Kristen, Peter Facinelli, Kellan Lutz and more let loose to celebrate the film.

The Breaking Dawn Part 1 cast is in full press mode ahead of the movie's release in just two days. Ashley Greene, Jackson Rathbone and Nikki Reed are currently promoting the project in NYC while their co-stars are overseas. The fun will continue on Friday when Rob, Kristen and Taylor's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show airs just in time for the fourth instalment of the series to hit cinemas in the US.
