Lady Gaga is never boring and this year she leads the MTV VMA nominees with a record 13 nominations. She showed up with peacock feathers in her hair and women in Air Force uniforms holding the train of her dress. We knew the military look was going to be big this season, but that’s taking it to a whole other level. She's already won two moon men during the preshow, so it's looking to be a big night for Gaga.
