Liam Hemsworth, Kelly Osbourne, Mel B and joined local celebs including newly engaged Packed to the Rafters couple Jessica Marias and James Stewart for Victoria Derby Day at Flemington racecourse on Saturday. Despite the rain, the celeb crowd looked fabulous frocking up in the black and white theme.
