Meet the New Cast of Young Talent Time

More than a million viewers tuned into Young Talent Time last night, with many airing their thoughts on the revamp on Twitter. For those of us who weren’t familiar with the original format, which aired from 1971 to 1988, there was a brief history lesson on what the show was like back in the day, when Johnny Young was host (he’s executive producer now) and stars like Dannii Minogue and Tina Arena (returning as a judge/mentor) were fresh-faced up-and-comers. We were also briefly introduced to the new Young Talent Team and saw them perform a medley of hits, as well as a beautiful rendition of Jessie J’s “Price Tag” with only a piano accompaniment. lindaandgirls ..... What do you Mean ... "I think these spots should have been left for everyday people not celebrities daughters."....... Georga-May was THE ONLY Celebritis Daughter in The YTT Team, and she had to Audition and be Judged, and go through The Same Selection Criteria As The Others. Sure, Alyssa-Jane Cook (GM's Mother) could've Placed GM in any Talent show that she wanted, but maybe That's not what GM Wanted: She mad Her Own Decision, and Did It All Herself. She was just BETTER than the others who Auditioned. It had NOTHING To Do with having a Celebrity as a Mother. You probably would've said the Same Thing if she had Entered Any Other Talent Show ....... GOOD LUCK TO HER, I Say !!!

I think these spots should have been left for everyday people not celebrities daughters. Its not her fault but it puts me off liking her for the fact that she has a celebrity mum that could have put her in any talent shows or lessons etc and made her career that way. Leave these shows for people that actually need them.
