Michael Phelps had girlfriend Megan Rossee on his arm to hit the red carpet at the Speedo Athlete Celebration in London on Monday evening. Michael's model love was catapulted into the spotlight over the weekend when he was spotted out partying in the England city with the leggy blonde and a few of his gold medals after completing his final Olympic event. Michael has been dating Megan, a 25-year-old model living in LA, for about five months, a fact her father confirmed. Megan accompanied Michael to London and has been tweeting about her experience, even using an affectionate pet name, "bear," for Phelps.
Michael will be leaving London as the most decorated Olympian of all time, and up next for the superstar? According to his interview with American sportscaster Bob Costas, Michael is looking forward to downtime and sightseeing around the world.

The Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue launch party was a hot place to be in NYC. SI's new cover girl Kate Upton posed in a red dress alongside fellow models Chrissy Teigen, Bar Refaeli, Alyssa Miller, Anne Vyalitsyna, and Irina Shayk. Kate, Chrissy, and Alyssa followed the bash with a flight to Las Vegas, where they'll continue to promote the issue. The ladies stripped down to their bikinis in the latest instalment of the annual magazine, which also features athletes Rafael Nadal, Michael Phelps, and Chris Paul. Another pro may be in Kate's life, though there are rumours that Kate Upton is dating Mark Sanchez, the Jets quarterback, but neither has confirmed the romance.
Matthew McConaughey took a break from playing in China's Mission Hills Star Trophy tournament last Friday to attend a red carpet event with Camila Alves. He's spent the last few days golfing with Hugh Grant, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Christian Slater and Michael Phelps as part of the event, designed to bring celebrities and sports stars together.
