Once January rolls around, the word detox starts to enter many people's vocabulary. While there are plenty of ways to detox your diet, have you ever considered your pores? Your skin, after all, is a breathing organ that can absorb toxins through its many pores. Refresh your complexion (and body!) with these five easy ways to detox your skin.
Bella Review: We Trial the Exercise Program, Hypoxi
What in the world is Hypoxi, you ask? Well it's a bum-smoothing, thigh reducing machine. Yes, that exists. Towards the end of last year I wasn't feeling my best, and when I was offered to trial the 12-week Hypoxi exercise program — I nearly ran there. Nearly. But instead I took a cab and herein lies my problem, I'm lazy. As it turns out, the program was practically invented for me. You see, you perform 30 minutes of cycling — ideally three times a week for a month — while lying down inside a vacuum-like egg. Before each session, I was fitted with a compression skirt and slotted (almost like a jigsaw piece) into the machine where I then pedalled like a mad woman inside my maximum fat burning zone. The results were kind of amazing, so to find out how many centimetres I lost from my most stubborn areas, keep reading.

Beauty Resolution: Nail Biting Begone
If you're like me, you've decided to make 2013 the year that you finally quit biting your nails. Unfortunately, keeping this resolution can prove to be harder than keeping your gym membership past February. Nail biting is a notoriously difficult habit to break, and if you feel like you've tried everything to win the war on nibbling, it can be doubly frustrating. But take a deep breath. The start of the year is the perfect time to make a dramatic change to your look, and freshly chopped hair could be just the thing to scratch your new year beauty itch. On the (Chic) Horizon: 6 Style Stars to Keep Tabs on in 2013
When it comes to predicting "the next big thing," we've got a pretty good hunch about these six starlets, especially where acting and styling chops are concerned. Our sartorial guess? This is going to be the year of Allison Williams, Lily Collins, AnnaSophia Robb, Alicia Vikander, Phoebe Tonkin, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead. From silver-screen excellence to street-style cred, each offers up a style all their own, and we're more than a little excited to see what's in store for us (and them) this year. Will Girls' Allison Williams continue her reign as a red-carpet gown classicist? Are we going to fall for AnnaSophia Robb's younger Carrie Bradshaw in the Sex and the City prequel, The Carrie Diaries? Is Phoebe Tonkin going to show Hollywood that Aussie women are a stylish force to be reckoned with? All questions have yet to be answered, but you can bet we've got our eye on all six of them, as they promise to impress us with their on- and offscreen panache all year long. Click on for a closer look at what's on tap for these leading ladies in 2013.
