Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary on Monday, and today they got a jump on the festivities during a romantic vow-renewal ceremony. Nick got down on one knee and took Mariah's hand while the Eiffel Tower perfectly framed their sunset ceremony. This isn't the first renewal for Nick and Mariah, who famously exchanged "I dos" inside a hospital last year right before the birth of their twins. The loved-up couple arrived in Paris this week and immediately ventured out on a shopping trip along the picturesque Champs-Élysées. Nick and Mariah shared sweet kisses in between stops at French boutiques Dior and Louis Vuitton and were spotted picking out designer outfits for their almost 1-year-old twins, Roc and Roe. Their babies turn 1 on Nick and Mariah's anniversary, making April 30 a very special day for the entire family.
