While the best actress race is an exciting one and could surprise us, we think Jennifer Lawrence has the edge. The young actress is impressive and funny as a young widow in Silver Linings Playbook, and she's got pretty good odds, considering she won the SAG and Golden Globe already.

From the list of nominees, Jennifer Lawrence is soooo overrated. Blame it on the popularity of Hunger Games movie. Ms. Riva should get the award for Best Actress, because she is a natural.
