Silver Linings Playbook may be up against some stiff competition in the best picture category, but we think it has a great shot at winning for screenplay for David O. Russell. The film is a triumph of comedy and drama, and by now, most people have heard that Russell took on the project partly so his bipolar son wouldn't feel so alone. From the list of nominees, Jennifer Lawrence is soooo overrated. Blame it on the popularity of Hunger Games movie. Ms. Riva should get the award for Best Actress, because she is a natural.
