Oz the Great and Powerful Characters: Old and New Versions

There it is: the yellow brick road and its fanciful destination, the Emerald City. Special effects produced both versions of Oz's capital (well, a painted set in the case of the original film), though this year's movie has a leg up by presenting it in 3D. The big difference? In 1939, Dorothy and her friends were off to see the wizard, and in 2013, Oz is headed there to become him.
