Aussie stars braved the Winter chill to walk the pink carpet at Cosmopolitan’s Fun, Fearless Female Awards last night. Held at Catalina in Sydney’s Rose Bay, the event was attended by nominees including Jessica Mauboy, author (and daughter of Kevin) Jessica Rudd, Fifi Box and Natalie Gruzlewski, while many other ladies such as Jessica Tovey and Charlotte Dawson stepped out to support their peers. Throughout the evening, which was hosted by Shelley Craft, 12 awards were handed out to inspirational women in categories ranging from TV presenter to entrepreneur. Jessica, who took the honour for most inspirational singer, hit the stage with good friend and fellow Australian Idol alum Stan Walker to bring the festivities to a close. While many women were recognised, the big winner of the night was Chuck actress Yvonne Strahovski, who received both the actress and woman of the year awards.
