Gwyneth Paltrow Keeps Her Disposition Sunny in London

Gwyneth Paltrow stepped out for a pre-Wimbledon celebration at the Ralph Lauren store in London Thursday night with her friends Harry Becher and Elizabeth Saltzman. She was decked out in an asymmetrical LBD, with her "lob" hairstyle growing out nicely. Gwyneth's in England again after a few weeks in New York, where she stepped out with Kate Hudson to support their pregnant pal Stella McCartney and partied with Michael Kors. She's a fixture on the social scene even when abroad, but she still has time to dedicate to her GOOP newsletter. The latest installment was all about the health benefits of Vitamin D, with Gwyneth tackling the benefits of sun exposure just in time for the Northern Hemisphere Summer.

If you think she looks drab, have a closer look at pic 3. She looks increadibly young and fresh faced! I don't particularly like her apart from in the Talented Mr. Ripley but she does have some sort of X factor; she can be both so plain looking and absolutely stunning, and she is pretty with very little make up on.

First of all, I'm glad Gwyneth is taking steps to raise her vitamin D to treat her osteopenia. With that said, I must admit I wasn't surprise Gwyneth has osteopenia. Based on her GOOP newsletter and interviews, Gwyneth's diet (or bouts of detox, or exercise routines) is NOT conducive to bone health. In my opinion, her diet and exercise goal seems to be about being thin, not healthy. BTW, in my opinion again and experience, it's possible to be thin AND healthy. I hope Gwyneth finds a way that works for her.
