Heaps of reality TV shows are renowned for bringing us Cinderella-style transformations, and one that we always look forward to is the makeover episode from The Biggest Loser. After months of gruelling exercising, eating right and the toughest challenges they’ve ever faced, the seven remaining contestants on this year’s The Biggest Loser Families debuted their fantastic new looks on last night’s show. And while some makeovers on other shows have more of an aesthetic purpose, it’s an extremely emotional time for Biggest Loser competitors because it’s such a massive improvement to their lives and health.
