Poll: Who Will Win the 2012 Gold Logie?

The Logies are happening this Sunday and as usual the most buzzed-about award is the Gold Logie. The big one. The award that determines who the most popular personality on TV is. This year’s line-up of nominees is a mix of presenters and actors; some have been nominated before, while others are in the running for the first time. From the presenting side, we have Spicks and Specks’ Adam Hills, The Project’s Carrie Bickmore, Hamish Blake and Today’s Karl Stefanovic. Representing the actors are Asher Keddie from Offspring and Paper Giants: The Birth of Cleo, and former Home and Away star Esther Anderson.

Karl took home the Gold Logie last year, and Carrie told us she thinks he’s got a good shot at it again. Hamish said his biggest competition is “everyone,” but he’s been a fan favourite for a long time. Home and Away fans mourned when Esther’s character Charlie was killed off earlier this year, so will they honour her with the Gold? Adam seems to have the vote of his peers, but will that translate into votes from the viewers? And Asher is like the golden girl of Aussie TV. Who do you think will win the Gold Logie this Sunday?
