Russell is tipped to present the Best Foreign Language Film Oscar with his Arthur co-star Helen Mirren. He told Channel Nine’s Richard Wilkins on the red carpet, “Take off your clothes, man, stop being so stuffy, you’re an Australian!” and tried to unbutton his shirt!
