Princess Mary celebrates her 40th birthday on Sunday! The Australian beauty won the heart of Denmark’s Crown Prince Frederik in 2000, when they met at the Slip Inn in Sydney during the Olympics, and she has since led a charmed life as one of Europe’s beloved royals. Mary and Frederik were married on May 14, 2004, and are now the proud parents of four adorable children: Prince Christian, 6, Princess Isabella, 4, and twins Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine, 1, who accompanied their parents during their official Australian tour last year.
