Robert Pattinson dressed down for the People’s Choice Awards in LA today, and was lucky to score a seat next to Betty White, who recently celebrated her 90th birthday! All eyes were also on Rob because of his newly-shaved head. He was on hand to accept Water For Elephant's favourite drama movie award.
