Blake Lively posed for a shot inside Elle Decor and chatted about the new home she and Ryan Reynolds purchased in Bedford, NY. She gushed about decorating the kitchen, which will feature a blue La Cornue stove, and shared that the space is "the most important part of my home." Blake Lively hit the red carpet yesterday in NYC at the premiere of her husband Ryan Reynolds' new movie The Croods. Wearing a minidress from Marios Schwab, Blake kept her distance from Ryan in front of photographers. He did, however, cosy up to his co-star Emma Stone and even Blake's sister Robin.
Emma and Ryan also had the company of another Croods star, Nicolas Cage, who brought his wife Alice Kim. Nicolas, Emma and Ryan have been busy this week talking about their animated picture, which is out in Australia on March 28. Press duties took Emma and Ryan to London before they returned to the Big Apple, where Blake was conveniently based last week doing interviews of her own on behalf of Gucci.
Emma Stone and Ryan Reynolds stopped by the Today show in NYC this morning to promote their new animated film, The Croods. The duo answered questions about voicing an animated film and joked about the accessories and attitudes of their Stone Age characters. Emma joked that the girl she plays, Eep, is obsessed with shoes just like most other women, and Ryan quipped about his character Guy's interest in bum bag.
Doing voice work, though, suited Ryan just fine. He said, "What other kind of showbiz job do you get to roll out of bed in a muumuu and a scrunchie and jump in a booth and just have fun?" Emma is putting in time to promote The Croods after a busy week of shooting The Amazing Spider-Man 2 with her boyfriend and co-star, Andrew Garfield. Ryan and Emma will have a bit more work to do together before The Croods hits US cinemas March 27.
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds paid a visit to Health Sciences North Hospital's pediatric ward in Sudbury, Canada, this weekend. The couple snapped photos with patients and their families during their trip. Ryan is currently staying in Sudbury to film Queen of the Night with Rosario Dawson and Scott Speedman. He and Blake missed out on all of the Oscars fun that took place this past weekend, which included Blake's The Town director and co-star Ben Affleck winning best picture for Argo.
