Country stars from all over the states got together in Las Vegas today for the Academy of Country Music Awards. Taylor Swift looked stunning in a gold Dolce & Gabbana gown as she worked her stuff on the red carpet alongside stars like Sheryl Crow and Keith Urban. Carrie Underwood made a big statement in a red Naeem Khan frock, while Faith Hill went for a simple black number to pose in front of photographers with husband Tim McGraw. Top nominees at the ACM Awards include Taylor, Carrie and Miranda Lambert, who will face off against husband Blake Shelton for the entertainer of the year award. Blake has another notch to add to his belt at the awards show — he is choosing the shindig with fellow musician Luke Bryan.

The Grammys air Feb. 10.
Strong and Courageous: Celebrity Breast Cancer Survivors
In honour of October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month and today being Pink Ribbon Day, we're paying tribute to some of the celebrities who fought the disease in a very public way. We applaud both the courage of these women and the efforts they have made in speaking out for the cause — some were followed by cameras to air their experiences, while others have established charitable organisations that actively promote breast cancer awareness. Andrew, Jessica, Amanda and More Hit the Tonys Red Carpet
It was a big evening for stage actors and theatre fans on Sunday thanks to the Tony Awards in NYC. There were plenty of fashionable ladies on the red carpet, including a Marios Schwab-clad Jessica Chastain and Amanda Seyfried in edgy Givenchy. Jessica was one of the evening's presenters and was especially excited to snap a picture with Broadway legend Bernadette Peters. Hugh Jackman and his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, smiled for the cameras, as did a long list of leading men like Paul Rudd, James Marsden and Matthew Morrison. Andrew Garfield walked the red carpet without his girlfriend, Emma Stone, but she joined him inside the Beacon Theatre. He was up for the best actor in a feature role Tony for his work in Death of a Salesman, but lost the statue to Peter and the Starcatcher's Christian Borle. Death of a Salesman did, though, win for best revival of a play.
Sheryl Crow Diagnosed With Brain Tumour
![]()
Sheryl Crow has revealed that she’s been diagnosed with a brain tumour. The Grammy Award-winning singer shared the news with a journalist from the Las Vegas Review Journal and also said it’s benign. She said, “I worried about my memory so much that I went and got an MRI. And I found out I have a brain tumour. And I was, like, ‘See? I knew there was something wrong.’” As the tumour is a meningioma it’s unlikely she will require surgery. Sheryl’s rep also told E! News, “[Crow] has no symptoms and everything is fine. It was a random mention during the [Vegas] interview. It was not meant to alarm anyone. She is doing great and is healthy and happy.” Sheryl battled breast cancer in 2006 and has two sons.
Michelle Williams and Zoe Kazan Buddy Up For Meek's Cutoff

Michelle Williams has stayed away from the spotlight following her busy awards season, but she turned out in New York for the Cinema Society screening of her film Meek’s Cutoff today. She embraced and shared a laugh with co-star Zoe Kazan, and the two actresses posed with their director, Kelly Reichardt. Also representing the cast was Paul Dano, while actresses Holly Hunter, Shalom Harlow, Dana Delany and musician Sheryl Crow showed their support at the screening. Michelle promoted the movie at the Venice Film Festival last September. Up next for the actress is My Week With Marilyn, where she stars as the iconic blonde.
2010 American Music Awards: All The On Stage Glamour!
We love seeing what the stars pull out for the red carpet but sometimes it's their stage outfits that really catch our eye, and it was no exception at yesterday's 2010 American Music Awards. Katy Perry went from a pretty pink Badgley Mischka dress to a much more daring red bodysuit and Rihanna changed into a teeny tiny tribal ensemble from her lady-like, sheer Elie Saab gown. Taylor Swift bucked the trend and went the other way, switching her spangled Collette Dinnigan shift for a subdued black suit for her stage performance. Click through to see whose on-stage outfits upstaged their red carpet looks at the 2010 AMAs.
Taylor, Rihanna and NKOTBSB Make a Memorable AMAs!
The American Music Awards were jam-packed with flashy performances after a daring red carpet for the women and leather-loving guys. Rihanna opened the night sporting a bikini ensemble for her three-song medley. Her good friend Katy Perry had her own moment in the spotlight wearing a skintight red bodysuit after ripping off her skirt, while pregnant Pink put on a lively show, though the mum-to-be kept the acrobatics to a minimum. Taylor Swift changed from her sparkly mini into an all-black skinny pants and blazer ensemble for her dramatic "Back to December/Apologize" mashup. Taylor was one of the evening's big winners, so check out the whole list here. Christina Aguilera also performed the number "Express" from her upcoming movie Burlesque.
Justin Bieber shared his triumphant times with mentor Usher, and the two also both took the stage to showcase their hits. Miley Cyrus was on her own after apparently backing out of a duet with Bret Michaels. Instead she wowed in a Marchesa minidress featuring a giant bow before her 18th birthday, which is today! Jessica Alba kicked off her Little Fockers promotional kick as a presenter with a very slick-backed do. The event ended with an exciting trip down memory lane when NKOTB and Backstreet Boys took on their greatest hits. Check out the rest of our AMAs coverage here!
