Jennifer Lopez donned a nude-coloured gown to attend Muhammad Ali's Celebrity Fight Night in Phoenix, Arizona, on Sunday night. She had boyfriend Casper Smart by her side for the annual event that benefits the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center as well as other charities. Jennifer, who also brought her sister Leslie Lopez along, wasn't just one of the star-studded crowd: she took the stage to give a live performance, which included a duet with Andrea Bocelli. She also linked up with the host of the evening, Ali, at the event that brought out Rita Wilson, Steve Martin and more. J Lo travelled to the desert for the Fight Night with Casper after getting in quality time with her twins last weekend in LA.

Nora Ephron’s memorial service was held in NYC yesterday and some of Hollywood’s biggest names flocked to the Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall to pay their respects. Meg Ryan, Tom Hanks, Meryl Streep, Jon Hamm, Jennifer Westfeldt, Steven Spielberg, Martha Stewart, Steve Martin and Sally Field were just some of the stars who attended the service for the filmmaker behind classics such as When Harry Met Sally . . ., Sleepless in Seattle and You’ve Got Mail. Nora passed away on June 26 after a battle with leukaemia and stars were quick to share anecdotes and memories from working with her.

Taylor Swift, Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood were just a few of the big country stars who walked the red carpet at the Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas today. Taylor, fresh from the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, wore a pretty white J. Mendel gown for the festivities. She was supposed to bring cancer-stricken patient Kevin McGuire as her date for the show, but unfortunately he was hospitalised and unable to attend; on the weekend Taylor tweeted, “Just talked to Kevin McGuire. He's not well enough to join me at the ACMs. Please keep him in your thoughts. I'll make it up to you, Kevin!” Nicole Kidman and Keith flew out of Sydney late last week with their daughters so Keith could rehearse for the ACMs, where he’s hitting the stage to perform his new song “For You.” Others who headed to Vegas for the event include LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian, Marc Anthony with his new girlfriend Shannon De Lima, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert, and Steve Martin.
