It was a loving weekend for Tom Brady, wife Gisele Bündchen, and kids Jack, Benjamin and Vivian in Boston. The family fun got started on Saturday when the Bündchen-Brady crew attended Tom's sister Nancy's graduation from Boston University. As well as getting in quality time with his immediate family, Tom was reunited with relatives and close friends for the special occasion where baby Vivian stole the show as she was passed around to be held. Then on Sunday, Tom and Gisele snuck kisses as they treated the kids to an afternoon outdoors.

Gisele and Vivian were back in Boston with their boys this weekend after a trip to NYC where they hit the pavement for a mother-daughter stroll on Thursday. While Gisele chose Vivian as her city companion for her most recent trip, she had Tom by her side for a date night at the Met Gala in NYC earlier this month.

It's the second child, and first little girl, for Tom and Gisele, who have a 2-year-old son, Benjamin, who was similarly born in early December of 2009. Tom is also a father to his first son, Jack. Last night, Gisele confirmed the news with a post on her Facebook page. She wrote, "We feel so lucky to have been able to experience the miracle of birth once again and are forever grateful for the opportunity to be the parents of another little angel. Vivian Lake was born at home on December 5. She is healthy and full of life. Thank you all for your support and well wishes. We wish you and your families many blessings." Congrats to Tom, Gisele, and their growing family!

The American NFL player has been busy with his growing family lately; his pregnant wife Gisele brought his boys, Jack and Ben, to visit during training camp in Boston just last week. In the magazine, Tom shares that he wants yet another baby and talks about showing affection at home. Here's more from Tom Brady in VMAN:

  • On showing affection at home: "I grew up [in] . . . an environment where people weren't afraid to express how they really felt or to express their emotions. I'm very blessed to be able to do that because with my two boys — I kiss them a thousand times a day. My wife and I are very affectionate; it's just part of our nature."
  • On life after football: "I have to do something [after football] . . . I don't know. It's hard to think about where my interests will take me. But [an actor] is not something that I've ever aspired to be. The only thing I ever wanted to be was a professional football player. It's hard because I want to have four kids and I want to be a really good dad, too."
