Vanessa Paradis Talks About Johnny Depp While Kate Bosworth Discusses Alexander Skarsgaard

Vanessa Paradis played host at last night's special dinner celebrating Chanel's new Rouge Coco de Chanel lipsticks. Kate Bosworth also put on one of Karl Lagerfeld's designs for the event, which brought out a crowd including Rachel Zoe, Nina Garcia and more. The attendees are gearing up for Fashion Week, which starts today, but Vanessa and Kate had love on the mind before Valentine's Day. Vanessa made a rare comment on her longtime love, Johnny Depp, saying, "I like him very much in all terms and every sense of the way . . . He makes me happy. We are many things—we are together and, in a way, one person." Kate, meanwhile, was all about her own guy, Alexander Skarsgard, despite arriving at the bash with socialite and Born Rich director Jamie Johnson. "We are very good friends," she said of Alex. "He's a wonderful, wonderful man. I adore him." The stylish crowd moved on after their meal to Interview magazine's 40th anniversary party, where Kate was spotted letting loose with Vogue writer Derek Blasberg as Chloe Sevigny, Mary-Kate Olsen and her boyfriend Nate Lowman danced nearby.
