Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart made it a hat trick of Best Kiss wins, three years in a row at today's MTV Movie Awards. In the past, the on and off screen loves have faked out viewers by pretending they were going to lock lips on stage, but this time around Robert mixed things up by running into the audience and planting a wet one on Taylor Lautner. Once he returned to stage, Robert went for Kristen and joked that he was going to take her backstage for a more intimate moment.
