Look, before Hunger Games when I saw her in Xmen, I thought "eh" she was great in Hunger games. A better role for her. Her subtleties in her acting were exactly what was called for in this story. She's damn cool. And I can't wait for her to do a "sexy thriller". As far as I'm concerned, Jennifer Lawrence is kicking Scarlett Johansens, Natalie Portmans, and any other sexy Hollywood chicks ass!! Anyone that thought and still thinks she was not right for the role, shut up.

I agree with Lauren; I have doubt she'll do a good job, but she doesn't have the look described for Katniss. However, if the author gave her blessing, I'll keep an open mind - now if they could just hurry and cast the rest of the roles perfectly and start shooting! I can't wait for this movie...

Ugh, I think she's a great actress but totally wrong for the role. Peeta is supposed to be the blonde hair blue eyed kid from their district!
