David Beckham brought his sons, Romeo, Cruz and Brooklyn, to watch as ice hockey team the LA Kings defeated the New Jersey Devils in game six of the NFL finals to win the Stanley Cup on Monday night. The four Beckhams hooted and hollered in the stands each time the Kings scored a goal, and in between all the action, snacked on nachos. David has become a regular in the stands at the Staples Center, having cheered on the team all season. He's in good company when it comes to supporting the hometown hockey squad. Will Arnett, Alyssa Milano, Zac Efron and Ellen Page all turned out as well. Zac Efron had rink-side seats to witness the historic victory, as it's the first time in the Kings' 45-year existence that they've clinched hockey's top honour. It was a night with the guys for Zac, who officially split from Lily Collins recently. Will is a Canadian by birth, but clearly is a hockey fan no matter where he lives.

Tom Cruise, Julianne Hough, and Diego Boneta posed together on the rock and roll themed Rock of Ages red carpet in LA this weekend. While most big premieres happen mid-week, this one was enough of a party to merit the Friday night spot. The trio, with Julianne standing out in her bright yellow dress, were joined by other costars including Russell Brand and Catherine Zeta-Jones. Josh Duhamel dressed the part in a long wig and no shirt with Fergie by his side while Zac Efron kept it casual to check out the scene. Jennifer Aniston's boyfriend Justin Theroux wrote the screenplay for Rock of Ages and he was looking dapper in a sleek suit, though he didn't have Jen on his arm for the arrivals. Aniston did look sexy in white for an event to honour Shirley MacLaine the night before. Also without a date was Tom Cruise, whose wife Katie Holmes is currently in Asia for her own work obligations.

Nicole Kidman, Zac Efron and Matthew McConaughey were back in the spotlight at Cannes yesterday to premiere The Paperboy in front of a glamorous crowd. The trio was up early in the morning for a photo call, where Nicole wowed in a red dress. She changed into a gorgeous Lanvin gown for the afternoon event, which also brought out Heidi Klum in Marchesa. John Cusack and director Lee Daniels were on hand, as was Macy Gray. Nicole's husband Keith Urban also joined her at the premiere's after party, taking a quick timeout from Australia where he's filming The Voice. There are only a few days left at the Cannes Film Festival, but before things wrap up, Robert Pattinson will hit the red carpet for the second time to show off Cosmopolis.

The stars of The Paperboy were up early in France to promote their project at the Cannes Film Festival yesterday. Nicole Kidman, Zac Efron and Matthew McConaughey's morning photo call came after an appearance on the French show Le Grand Journal on Wednesday. Zac opened up about filming mostly in his underwear, saying, "I don't think I was supposed to feel comfortable. It's like life. This character is supposed to be learning the ways of the world, and that can be very uncomfortable. But it's also exciting."

Nicole Kidman, Zac Efron and Matthew McConaughey met up in Cannes today to promote their film The Paperboy. The co-stars chatted about their project on the French TV program Le Grand Journal. Zac's face was freshly shaved after he took off from LAX yesterday with a scruffy mustache. Matthew, meanwhile, was looking handsome for his latest event following an appearance with fiancée Camila Alves at Baoli Beach Tuesday. Nicole travelled to the South of France during a break from filming her newest movie, The Railway Man, in Scotland. Jessica Biel and her fiancé Justin Timberlake were cuddled up in the front row and even shared a few passionate kisses, with her big engagement ring on display from their courtside seats. JT and Jessica also kissed for the cameras last week at the Met Gala in NYC. While they were in the Big Apple, Justin found time to check in with his pals at SNL. He filmed a cameo for Saturday night's special 100th digital short alongside stars like Natalie Portman and Jon Hamm. The Lakers ended up beating the visiting Denver Nuggets 96-87. Kanye West and Kim Kardashian showed some PDA of their own at the game, while Zac Efron cheered on the home team with a guy pal.

The Staples Center is a hot spot for puckering up, since couples like Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal, as well as Drew Barrymore and Will Kopelman, have been forced to lock lips for the jumbotron. Even Jonah Hill and Russell Brand had to plant one on each other at the MTV Movie Awards. April 2012 shall be known as ‘The Month Hollywood Came to Australia.’ Being so far removed from where all the action happens, it’s easy to see why we get so excited when celebrities make the trip Down Under. This past month we were overwhelmed with the amount of talent to hit our shores — not to mention all the hot guys who had girls losing their voices from screaming so much! At the beginning of April some of the A-listers who’d flown out for the launch of Marquee Sydney stayed around to do some sight-seeing, and then we had Zac Efron, One Direction, Chace Crawford, the stars of Battleship . . . At the moment we’re still playing host to Revenge’s Emily VanCamp and Joshua Bowman, The Five-Year Engagement’s Emily Blunt and Jason Segel, and Whitney Port, who’s here for MBFWA. We’ve got our fingers crossed that plenty more stars head our way soon!
