It's official: Adam Levine is People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive for 2013! The news may not be that surprising, as Adam has been rumoured to be the magazine's new pick ever since last week. This marks Adam's first time being picked for the top honour and the first time that People has selected a musician to take home the top spot. (Even though previous winners such as Johnny Depp and Hugh Jackman have musical tendencies, they didn't get famous for their skills as professional singers.)

Adam Levine is rumoured to be People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive, but we'll have to wait until tomorrow's big reveal for official confirmation. If the buzz turn out to be true, then Adam follows in the handsome footsteps of Channing Tatum, who won last year; Bradley Cooper, who took home the title in 2011; and George Clooney, who has been named Sexiest Man twice. Adam will also be the first musician to be given the hunky honour, although past winners like Johnny Depp have had musical leanings. In anticipation of Adam's big win, we've gathered up the most scorchingly hot photos of the Maroon 5 frontman to help tide us over until the official announcement is made. Let's get right into it.
Still wondering if Adam deserves the title? This photo should answer that for you.
He doesn't have to be naked to look hot, either.
Heck, sometimes we don't even need to see 80 percent of his body to know he's looking good.
For one thing, those tattoos are sexy.
And he's got those moves like Jagger.
Adam Levine was blowing kisses for his fiancée, Behati Prinsloo, at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, and he was only one of many celebrities supporting from the sidelines. Valentino, Ciara, and Taylor Swift were all present, and the Angels rounded out the night with a party. See all the stylish couples from last night, and find out who got engaged just before the show!
There are plenty of stars who have spoken out to support gay rights, but for some, the issue hits closer to home. In the September issue of Seventeen, Chloë Grace Moretz shares some of the challenges her gay brothers faced when they were younger. Like Chloë, several celebrities, including Adam Levine, Anne Hathaway and Colin Farrell, have shared personal stories about their gay, lesbian and transgender family members. Take a look at some of the Hollywood stars who have publicly shared their support for LGBT loved ones.
Behati Prinsloo and Adam Levine made news on Tuesday when they announced that they're engaged to be married, but they're certainly not the only model-and-musician couple to make headlines. Relationships between gorgeous covergirls and talented rock stars have a rich, storied history. And with enduring pairings like Iman and David Bowie or Sophie Dahl and Jamie Cullum, models and musicians seem to go together like vegemite and toast. So in honour of the Victoria's Secret Angel's engagement to the Maroon 5 front man, we're taking a look back at some of our favourite model-rocker pairings who are still making their relationships work.
Adam Levine and Victoria's Secret Angel Behati Prinsloo are engaged, People reports. The singer's rep released a statement today, saying, "Adam Levine and his girlfriend Behati Prinsloo are excited to announce they are engaged to be married," adding, "The couple recently reunited and Adam proposed this weekend in Los Angeles."
Adam and Behati began dating in May 2012 and split earlier this year. Soon after, Adam was briefly linked to another Victoria's Secret model, Nina Agdal — they were spotted at the end of June on holiday together in Los Cabos, Mexico, where they played volleyball and relaxed by the pool with friends. Though Nina and Adam may have parted ways, it definitely looks like Adam and Behati have reunited for good. Congratulations to the happy couple!
"Acne doesn't care how old you are or how successful you are," Adam said. "Even though I'm a celebrity, I'm no different than anyone else. Acne just shows up and causes trouble. And it can mess with your confidence." Take a behind-the-scenes look at his upcoming commercial for Proactiv+ below. We're thinking he is the hottest spokesman since Justin Bieber. "Everybody's insecure to a certain extent. I'm not made of steel. Things can bother me about my appearance all the time, and they do."
Britney Spears was back in fine form when she hosted the Wango Tango Music Festival in Carson, California, yesterday. She was joined by her former X Factor judge Demi Lovato as well as performers Avril Lavigne, Bruno Mars and Maroon 5's Adam Levine. Britney wore a form-fitting black dress as she took the stage to introduce the acts, marking her first onstage appearance since she left The X Factor US back in January. While she didn't perform this time around, Britney fans will get a chance to see the singer perform live soon as she confirmed last week that she will taking up a residency in Las Vegas. The concert series, which will reportedly be held at Planet Hollywood, will begin in Spring. Preparing for Sin City isn't the only thing on Britney's mind — she recently tweeted that she is reading The Goddess Inheritance, a YA novel by Aimée Carter.
