"The inspiration, after looking at the cool lines of the collection is kind of elegant, but the Ellery girl always has an edge, so we wanted to toughen her up. The result is a little bit of a boy playing around with precision punk liner," says James Molloy for Mac Cosmetics. Alan White, Ghd hair director agrees, "the inspiration came from Kim and her aesthetic and also the girl being real but maintaining that boyish vibe. We had to balance how to bring a boy in but keep it feminine." Now you MUST follow us backstage to see the mood boards, wigs and close-ups on the hair and makeup. . .
