Fans of the '90s, your call has been heard: Herbal Essences is slated to revive two of the product lines that put it on the map. The Smooth and Shine collections are making their respective comebacks in February, and will be encapsulated in the iconic translucent bottles that got the boot in 2006, according to WWD. The relaunch comes on the heels of declining sales. But the company hopes to recapture some of its long-lost loyalists by reviving these fan favourites.
The shampoos and conditioners share the same scents and looks of their predecessors, but the formulas are now sulfate- and silicone-free. And remember those sexual-innuendo-filled commercials that promised "a totally organic experience"? Details are still hush-hush, but tune in to the Grammy Awards on Feb. 11 for a nostalgia-inducing spot. Fingers crossed the revival makes its way here, too!
