The X Factor has provided us with lots of great voices this year, but there’s also been a fair amount of eye candy. Last night’s Brisbane auditions introduced brothers Zach and Aaron Russell, who auditioned separately for two categories — 22-year-old Zach qualifies for under-25 males while 25-year-old Aaron fits in the over-25 group. Their respective performances drew mixed opinions from the judges — Mel B favoured Zach’s rendition of Stevie Wonder’s “Superstitious” over Aaron’s “Slide” by the Goo Goo Dolls, but thought they both had a little too much confidence and not enough singing. Natalie Bassingthwaighte was impressed before they’d even opened their mouths and said they were stars. Guy Sebastian and Ronan Keating sided with Mel on the boys’ confidence, also questioning whether they had picked the right songs. Watch their performances for yourself below — which brother do you think is hotter has the X factor?
