Are you a huge fan of The Block who can’t get enough of the hit show? Soon you’ll be able to read all about the program in print form when a special, one-off magazine hits newsstands on Monday. Retailing for $7.95 and edited by Belle editor-in-chief Neale Whitaker, the issue promises to be filled with lots of photos and details from the four Melbourne homes currently being fixed up on the show, renovation and styling tips, interviews with former Block contestants, and more. This isn’t the first time a spin-off magazine has been created for a TV show (MasterChef Magazine has been around for a while), and another home and garden title linked to a TV program, Better Homes and Gardens, has proven to have steady numbers in the recently-released magazine readership stats. The timing of The Block magazine’s release is also fitting, one week ahead of the grand final on August 21. So will you be picking up a copy of the inaugural magazine?
