The Danish royal family has welcomed two new additions! After days of excitedly waiting (and a few false alarms), Princess Mary has given birth to her twins, a boy and a girl (the boy was first, followed by the girl half an hour later). They were born at the Danish state hospital Rigshopitalet and her husband Prince Frederik was by her side for the birth. He said, "It's a happy occasion to announce that Crown Princess Mary has given birth to perfectly healthy babies." No word on the new bubs’ names yet (any guesses?) but the twins join elder siblings Prince Christian, 5, and Princess Isabella, 3, and will be fourth and fifth in line to the Danish throne. Congrats to this growing royal family!
