Hello and welcome to District Sugar. They just want a good show, that's all they want. As the two men in the Hunger Games love triangle, Josh Hutchinson and Liam Henseworth are poised to ever win the hearts of fans. Take a look. I think this movie is gonna serve, put Josh ans Liam on the spot as heartthrobs. Fans of The Hunger Games trilogy fell in love with Peeta and Gale, so for the two guys stepping into the rolls, there's a lot to live up to. And what was the process like of you getting the part? Two weeks of living hell went through. I was waiting to find out of I got the job or not. The rumors and the stories. Exactly, and I finally got it and I was thoroughly rendered speechless. Did you celebrate at all? I think I went and got sushi, which is kind of like a thing I do like five nights a week anyways. It was special, especially special sushi. You may already know Josh from his role in breakout hit, "The Kids Are All Right". And joining him in District 12, is Liam Hemsworth who made headlines with seeing her girlfriend, Myley Cyrus filming the last song. You know, these books have crazy fans have you had any interesting encounters with them yet? A little bit yeah. I think as we get closer and closer, people are getting more and more excited about it, and yeah As I said, I'm a fan as well. And you feel like you're ready, sort of, to be [xx] with the world, probably, you know, you and Josh are gonna be up there to be as a big heartthrobs, so you never [xx] at all, are you ready for it? makes you nervous to think about how much expectation is around the film, but at the end of the day I'm really happy with what we did there Oh god. I don't know if anybody can really be ready for it. I mean, if it happens, it happens I don't know how to respond to that exactly. Any real-life, friendly rivalry between you and Liam? I don't think so. I think, no, not really. Liam and I get along like perfect, we're really good friends. Josh and Liam became household name as soon as the casting was announced. And since then, they've appeared in the cover of a Hollywood reporter and Entertainment Weekly. Was it actually nerve wracking to step into the arena for the first time? It was crazy. When I first actually walked on set and had the first day of being there it was kinda like this is real. I'm here now. I'm Peeta - which is crazy to say even now - and we're making a movie. So it was very surreal. If I'm gonna die I wanna still be me. Both guys went through rigorous training to prepare. For my character it was more about losing weight. Yeah. The character guy lives in District 12. And food is pretty scarce. He has to hunt his own food for his family. and, he doesn't eat a lot, so I wanted to look somewhat hungry, it was more about sweating in the gym for an hour and not eating much. Yeah, literally 87-11 are the best stunt crew in the entire world and we had amazingly choreographed fight sequences and not only that but everything we did was physical, they were there. They were helping us out. It was really great. How was life as a blonde? It was fun, more fun than a brunette. No, it was good, it was an interesting process to get there, they they had many attempts dyeing my hair turned like red, and orange, and green, and then finally got Peeta blonde. So, we made orange. Was it your first time dyeing your hair for a role? Yes. When I was little kid I had frosted tips. Oh really? Because I wanted to be in a boy band. How long did you have the frosted tips for? Like a year, two years or so, when I was like eight or nine years old. Not too long. Do you have a scene that you're most excited to I kind of like to seal the games. I can of like to see the games. I kind of like to see what Woody Harrelson has done with Hamage, he is on of favorite carters in the book. and Woody Harrelson one of my favorite actors so I can't wait to see that. All the stuff with the cornucopia in the beginning where the games first starts, that's the buildup of the story is that moment, and it's very exciting to watch. Let the love triangle begin keep checking for tons more scoop from the cast.
